COBA Major Player of the Week - Matt Fusco

The COBA Major Zero K Bats Player of the Week is Matt Fusco of the Milton Red Sox. This is the first weekly award for Fusco this season. For his week, he played two games batting .444 (4-for-9) with four singles and a walk. He scored three runs, collected two RBIs and had a pair of stolen bases.

COBA Major Pitcher of the Week - Chris Cloes

The COBA Major Sam Bat Pitcher of the week is Chris Cloes of the Milton Red Sox. This is the second weekly award for the veteran Milton hurler this season. In his only appearance this week, he collected a no decision as he tossed 7 innings allowing one run (unearned) on four hits. He walked one while striking out five.

COBA Major Team of the Week - Burlington Brants

The COBA Major Hrd Bat Comapny Team of the Week for Week VIII of the season are the Burlington Brants. The Brants had one game this week as they went 1-0 for the week. They won their only game of the week 3-1 over the Oakville A's at Nelson Park. They now sit with an overall record of 8-4 and sit 2nd overall in the COBA Major Baseball League.
