Here are the COBA Major League Week XII POWs and Team of the Week:

 

COBA Major Player of the Week - Ryan Panas

The COBA Major Zero K Bats Player of the Week is Ryan Panas of the Etobicoke Rangers. This is the first weekly award fo the veteran Panas this year. For his week, he played two games batting .667 (4-for-6) with three doubles and also reached with three walks. He scored four runs and collected three RBIs.

 

For the season, Panas is now hitting .486 clip (18-for-37). An astonishing 11 of those 18 hits are doubles while plating 14 runs and driving in 19 RBIs.

COBA Major Pitcher of the Week - James Graham

The COBA Major Sam Bat Pitcher of the week is James Graham of the Etobicoke Rangers. The rookie hurler takes down this honor for the first time this season. In his only appearance this week, he collected the win as he tossed 2 1/3 innings allowing no runs on just two hits. He walked one while striking out three.

 

Graham now sports a 2-0 record on the year. He has thrown 7 2/3 innings and allowed five runs (all earned) on eight hits for a 5.78 ERA. He has walked only three batters while striking out nine.

COBA Major Team of the Week - Etobicoke Rangers

The COBA Major Zingers Bats Team of the Week are the Etobicoke Rangers. The Rangers had two games this week as they went 2-0 on the week with wins over the Erindale Cardinals and the Oakville A's both by a score of 16-3. 

 

With the wins, Etobicoke now sits at 11-5-2 on the season good for 24 points overall and are currently in 1st place overall in the COBA Major Baseball League Standings.
